1. Introduction

Wyld Engine is a client platform operated by Wyld Visuals Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Wyld Engine app or platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. What Wyld Engine Is

Wyld Engine is a client-facing platform used to:

  • Communicate with Wyld Visuals

  • Book services and audits

  • Access content, files, and campaign updates

  • Manage invoices, payments, and bookings

Wyld Engine does not replace a contract for services unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Provide accurate information when registering

  • Use the platform for lawful business purposes only

4. Account Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • You agree not to share access with unauthorised users

  • We may suspend or revoke access if misuse is detected

5. Payments & Bookings

Where payments are processed through Wyld Engine:

  • All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are handled securely via third-party payment processors

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the specific service agreement or booking terms provided at purchase.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided by Wyld Visuals, including:

  • Strategy documents

  • Audits

  • Videos

  • Photography

  • Written recommendations

remains the intellectual property of Wyld Visuals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute this content without permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Respond to requests required to deliver services

  • Use provided recommendations responsibly

Wyld Visuals is not responsible for results impacted by delayed responses or incomplete information.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Wyld Engine available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

  • Perform maintenance

  • Update features

  • Temporarily restrict access for security or operational reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

Wyld Visuals is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity

  • Platform outages caused by third-party services

Our total liability is limited to the value of services purchased through the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These terms are breached

  • The platform is misused

  • Required payments are not made

Termination does not affect outstanding obligations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of Wyld Engine constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
