“I started out as a fitness coach, helping clients get stronger and build confidence. I was posting on socials like most PTs… but I noticed something.

The people who stood out weren’t just great at their craft, they had great content.

So I picked up a camera. Started filming sessions. Shot content for other coaches. Then small businesses. Events. Before I knew it, I was shooting more than I was coaching.

And I realised, this is what I’m meant to do.”
