Our Event Coverage service ensures that every important moment is captured professionally, so you can relive the experience and share it with the world. From intimate workshops to large-scale conferences (and yes, epic fitness competitions or community events too), we can cover it for you!
What We Deliver
✅ Pre-Event Consultation
We’ll chat beforehand to understand the flow of your event, key moments, and any must-capture shots (the opening speech, the award ceremony, the group photo, etc.). We’ll also coordinate on logistics (venue layout, lighting conditions, run of show) so we come prepared.
✅ Photo & Video Coverage
On the day, Ben (and additional crew if needed for larger events) will be on-site early and ready. We use state-of-the-art cameras, lenses, and audio gear to ensure every detail is captured perfectly, from crisp audio of speeches to clear, well-lit footage even in a dim hall. We’ll roam tactfully to catch candid attendee interactions as well as all the main action. You won’t have to worry if something is being recorded, it’s handled.
✅ Highlight Reel
After the event, we’ll craft a cinematic highlight video that condenses the essence of your event into an exciting 1-3 minute reel. This is edited with music, your branding, and possibly a few titles or quotes. It’s the perfect shareable recap for social media and marketing emails.
✅ Full Photo Gallery
You’ll receive a collection of edited high-resolution photographs covering all aspects of the event, speakers on stage, candids of the crowd, venue details, you name it. These are great for sharing with attendees (they love spotting themselves), sponsors, and using in future promotional materials.
✅ Optional Full-Length Edits
Need the entire keynote recorded or a full session video? We can do that too. Just let us know which pieces you want in full, and we’ll provide those as separate videos. For example, some clients request a full video of a panel discussion or a class, in addition to the highlight reel.
✅ Quick Social Snippets
We know the buzz is highest right during and right after the event. If you need same-day quick turnaround (like a few exciting photos or a 15-second teaser video to post while the event is still on or immediately after), we can arrange that. Our workflow can include rapid editing on-site to feed your social channels in real time.

Event coverage starts from £350, but the final cost depends on a few things, like how many hours you need, whether you want both photo and video, and if you'd like extra add-ons like same-day edits or full-length keynote recordings.
We keep it simple: you only pay for what you need, and we’ll always be upfront about pricing before we start. Whether it’s a two-hour party or a full-day fitness comp, we’ll build a package that fits your budget.

Just about anything where great moments happen! We have experience covering fitness competitions, conferences, workshops, product launches, community gatherings, networking events, and more. Big or small, indoor or outdoor, we adapt our setup accordingly. If it’s an event that matters to you, we’ll make sure it’s captured beautifully

We offer both, because they complement each other. Typically, a package includes both photos and a highlight video, since they serve different purposes. However, if you only need one or the other, we can accommodate that. Just want a killer recap video? Done. Only need photography coverage? No problem. We’ll customise to your needs.

We know you’re excited to see the results (and share them!). We usually deliver the highlight video within 1 week and the full photo album within 3-5 days after the event. Often sooner. If you have a critical deadline (e.g., press release or sponsor deliverables), let us know and we’ll prioritise to meet it. For any same-day snippet requests, those will be delivered during or immediately after the event as arranged, but will incur an additional cost.

For smaller events, one skilled videographer/photographer can capture a lot by moving around. But for larger events or schedules with simultaneous sessions, we’ll bring on additional trusted shooters to ensure full coverage. We’ll discuss the agenda with you and make a plan, you’ll have as many cameras on deck as needed so nothing important is missed.

Yes, we come prepared. We use cameras that are excellent in low light and can shoot high frame rates for slow-motion capture of fast action. We also bring portable lighting when appropriate, and mic if needed. Our high production value gear ensures every detail is captured perfectly, no matter the challenge. We’ve filmed in dark gyms, neon-lit clubs, sunny outdoors, you’ll get great results, guaranteed.
